Y系列三相異步電動機訂貨說明

1、規(guī)格型號 Model


2、訂貨時，請注明電動機的型號、極數(shù)、額定功率、額定電壓、額定頻率、防護等級、冷卻方式、安裝型式、出線方式、環(huán)境溫度、海拔高度、旋轉方向等；如果是防爆電機，請注明隔爆等級和接線盒進線方式。如果客戶對電機有超出國家標準的其他技術要求，我公司可專門為客戶設計，并在簽署技術協(xié)議之后，投入生產(chǎn)。

3、電機絕緣系統(tǒng)，均按F級或H級生產(chǎn)，按B級溫升考核。所有定子采用真空壓力浸漬(VPI)工藝。同時也可以選擇加裝PTC或PT100，對電機繞組的溫度進行觀測保護。在空氣濕度較大的使用環(huán)境中或者是長時間停機不使用時，建議加裝防潮加熱帶來保護繞組。

4、標準系列的H63-H160機座號的電機，使用的是封閉軸承，H180及以上機座號電機，使用的是開式軸承。當電機使用開式軸承時，如無特殊說明，應使用ZL-3鋰基潤滑脂定期注油，注油間隔按2極電機2000小時，4極及以上電機3000小時，當環(huán)境溫度每升高10℃，潤滑脂的壽命及注油時間應該減半，還可以加裝軸承測溫裝置。

5、海拔高度高于1000m的使用場合，或者環(huán)境溫度高于40℃時，將會影響電機的散熱效果，客戶在訂貨時須告知制造商，并且根據(jù)具體的使用環(huán)境來選擇增大容量或特殊設計。

6、客戶將電動機與變頻器匹配使用時，變頻器的輸出含有大量高次諧波，與工頻供電相比，電機的電流和溫升均會增加，因此在選擇電動機和變頻器時，應考慮適當留有余量，以防溫升過高，影響電動機的壽命。

7、樣本中的技術數(shù)據(jù)中的負載轉動慣量符合NEMA標準，如客戶負載轉動慣量與表中不符，制造廠也可生產(chǎn)，但此時應與制造廠協(xié)商。
